Ever since the fall of the illithid, Veluthe has hoped that her experience defeating the mindflayers would help her achieve her dream of becoming an archmage - instead of the lowly criminal sorceress she's been known as. Unfortunately for her the destruction of the tadpole in her head has made her unable to control her magic completely again. World-weary, tactical, and hiding a soft heart behind her tough exterior and short temper she hopes to use her magic to help Astarion gain the ability to walk in the sun again - if she can manage to help herself first.

Astarion Ancunin Spawn on the Loose with nothing to lose Astarion's been itching to be out in the sun once more since he finally escaped his old master Cazador, but unfortunately for him life isn't all rainbows and sunshine - literally. He can no longer walk in the sun. A small price to pay for not sacrificing 7000 people. He has given up wandering the streets in search of souls to bring back to his former master to searching Faerun for a cure to vampirism and re-learning what love is after three centuries of pretending.
